ADVENTURES SCHEDULEPack memberships are offered in a Monday/Wednesday package or a Tuesday/Thursday package. Pack member schedules are determined by request and must be approved by Oregon Tails.
If there are special circumstances in which a Pack member would require less or more days of Adventures per week, you may make a request via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
TRANSPORTATIONOur pick-up and drop-off location is the Courtyard at One North:
1 N Fremont St. Portland, OR 97227
Drop-OffMorning drop-off is between 8am and 9am. To maintain our schedule, we are not able to wait for Pack members who arrive after this time window.
Note: Please do not park in the covered parking where the van is parked nor the church parking lot. We will potentially lose our parking privileges if we do not adhere to this ask from the building / church management.
Pick-UpEvening pick-up is between 5:10pm and 6pm. If you are late due to unforeseen circumstances, please text to notify Cole at (503) 502-8248 and Jonathan at (503) 593-2429.
If you will be more than 30 minutes late, we ask that your pack member stay at the Ranch for the evening and we will bring them back into town in the morning during Pack pick-up. If you are late more than 30 minutes on a Thursday, we will coordinate a time for drop-off on Friday.
PAYMENT & FEES
Members will be billed monthly, for each day of Pack that month via Square Cash. [Your Square Cash request] = [membership daily rate] x [number of Pack days in that month]If your Pack member misses a day, you will not be refunded for that day. Instead, you may request make-up day(s) using the Pack Portal.
ABSENCES AND CLOSURES
Federal Holidays and Vacation ClosuresWe will announce federal holiday closures and vacation closures on the Pack Portal. You will not be charged for the days we are closed, and there will be no availability for a make-up day.
Weather/Circumstantial Closures In the event of extreme weather or other circumstances affecting our ability to safely operate Adventures, we will email Pack members as soon as possible to announce the closure. In the announcement, we will include information about make-up days or refunds depending on the situation at hand.
Member Absences If your dog will miss Pack outside of a holiday, you will not be refunded for the missed day. Instead, you may submit a make-up day request through the Pack Portal.
Making a RequestPack members may submit a boarding request through the Pack Portal. If a day is grey or unable to be selected on the calendar, we are either unavailable for boarding on that day, or we have yet to determine our availability.
If you select or include a boarding date that is unavailable on the calendar, we will not be able to process your request.
Schedule and FeesBoarding is priced per day (thank you for understanding that we do not accept ½ days). You can make a boarding request and find up-to-date fees on the Pack Portal.
